Project management and contract administration is an often overlooked area of building that has many benefits for the building owner. By utilising this service, the property owner can be ensured that the construction of their building, be it a house or commercial construction endeavor is built in a professional manner and to all Australian Standards and Building Codes. As well as this Project Management also ensures that the building works is completed in a timely manner and within your budget.

Project Management itself can commence from the moment the building plans are approved by council and Building Approval is obtained. The initial services of Project Management we provide are:

• Obtaining expressions of interests and tenders from builders for the construction works
• Reviewing the obtained tenders and make recommendations to the client for their selection of a preferred builder.

Once a builder has been selected Hendre will then manage and supervise the builder and the construction works, administrate the building contract works and can review builders progress claims if necessary.

Whilst the builder has their own site supervisor, utilising our Project Management services enables you to ensure that the Builder is constructing the building correctly and in accordance with the plans, specifications, building standards and Council requirements as well as to a high standard.

This service gives you peace of mind during your buildings construction and also ensures a successful handover once the building is complete.

Hendre has experience in and can provide the following services:

• Site Inspection and measure up of property or building
• Design, drafting and documentation of telecommunication facilities including:
1. General Arrangement to Detailed Design Drawings

Building Design and Drafting is the primary service provided by Hendre to its clients with a commitment of providing the most affordable and quality driven design and drafting for all types of building projects. These projects include residential, commercial and industrial.

We believe in providing a complete design and drafting package for this aspect of your building project. Therefore included as part of this service we can offer the following:

• Initial consultation to discuss your needs and requirements.
• Site inspection and measure of existing house or land
• Design and feasibility of the project
• Preparation of Planning and Working Drawings (plans) and other documentation such as specifications for submission to Council for approval
• Management of sub-consultants such as Town Planners and Engineers; and
