2D Floor Plans

2D floor plans serve as a great way to show perspective buyers the general layout of a building as well as reveal quickly needed details such as room sizes with a minimalistic clear overall picture.

It is well known that while photos draw a person's attention to the listed property, it is the floor plan that gives the hard info that buyers require. These being room sizes and names, room and spacial flow (room space interconnection), room layout and site size and details.

Furthermore it is the floor plan obtained at an open inspection that allows a person to recall specific details about the building and/or property as well as plan their own furniture location and what can be done regarding extensions and alteration to the building.

Hendre offers a slight difference to the standard floor plans with the aim to not only allow your prospective buyers the ability to understand the plans better, but also place your listing as a standout to the other properties on the market. This difference is colour.

Whilst we are certainly able and do offer black and white plans we also offer colour plans at no extra cost. What's more if you want different colours, landscaping, a site plan, etc., just ask and we will add it free.
